With your agent, create a window of time with your inspector and your agent for another showing, and have an inspection for informational purposes only. This is called a pre-inspection. It won’t show up on your contract, but you’ll know what you might have to deal with before making an offer. You will be able to make a conscious decision whether to buy, and for how much.
